ATTENTION: We’ve updated our credentialing policies. We understand that media coverage now encompasses a wide range of creative and non-traditional formats. Due to this evolution, we have updated our media policy and guidelines. Please review the following guidelines and click the agree button below to proceed with the application process.

Please be advised that your submission does not guarantee approval. It is possible that your request will only be partially approved, or fully denied. Each publication may request up to TWO representatives to be accredited per event. Media credentials will only be issued to those representatives specifically listed in your application. Approval is subject to capacity and your intended coverage plan.

Any additional representatives who arrive at the event without prior approval and credentials will not be permitted access. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain event security and manage attendee numbers effectively. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that all members of your team who require access are included in your initial application.

Media credential requests will not be considered for scouts, recruiting agencies, or online entities charging for content. Freelance journalists and photographers will not be considered for personal website or portfolio usage.

NVBHOF maintains and enforces a strict NO FILMING policy during the Induction Ceremony & Dinner, thus media credentials for the Induction Gala are extremely limited.

To be considered for this year's event, media credential applications must be submitted no later than July 31, 2024. Do NOT submit more than one request.
